Harena Maris Acquires Phytomed Health

The Phytomed Health Group is pleased to announce that it has just finalized an acquisition agreement with Harena Maris Health Group. Effective immediately, all business operations, assets and product lines will become part of the Harena Maris Health Group family. We are very pleased that this agreement will result in more products, higher quality and an increased commitment to product development, marketing and customer service.

Craig Ferchat, President of Phytomed Health Group, will take over new responsibilities with Harena Maris. 'I welcome the change and the challenges it presents. I am very pleased that Harena Maris has chosen to continue all of our existing Phytomed products and to add them to their growing catalogue' said Mr. Ferchat. 'It is important that customers can continue with products they have come to know and trust'.

It will take a few months to make the change-over but already we are looking forward to the new Harena Maris head office, expected to break ground in the summer of 2012.
